Elynxo’s elevation alidade facilitates aiming and azimuth measurement for naval applications. It is erected on the ship’s navigational compass and features free rotation. It is used to communicate the azimuth of the observed target to the navigation officer relative to the ship’s azimuth.

Elynxo’s elevation alidade, precise and easy to use, is specially suited for challenging maritime environments. Designed and manufactured to the high-quality standards that Elynxo is renowned for, it delivers reliability and performance in any situation.
This Alidade allows for pinpointing a target detected by the lookout and plotting its bearing relative to the ship’s heading through direct reading on the navigational compass. After locking it in rotation, the target’s bearing is read through the collimator on the compass.
